We kindly request our customers to understand that, due to the nature of handmade products and for hygienic purposes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
All orders are packaged with high quality packing materials to ensure everything arrives intact.
However, in the rare event that a product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team by email contact@twimchi.com as soon as possible and include detailed pictures of the damaged product and its packaging. Kindly reach out within 5 days of receiving your order for assistance with a replacement or refund.
