Processing time: 

We aim to process and dispatch all of our orders within 3 working days. Although we are always trying to get your orders to you as fast as possible, once your order has been dispatched it is passed over to the courier and no longer in our control.

Free shipping on orders over £100 UK wide.

 

Estimated shipping time: 

UK 48h tracked shipping - 1 to 3 working days

Europe (Royal Mail International Tracked)  - 5 to 7 working days

Please be aware that in the case of international orders, customs may impact how long it takes to be delivered to you. This is not within our control).

 

Wrong shipping details: We are not liable in cases where incorrect shipping details have been provided - it is upon the customer to provide the correct delivery address.

We are able to amend this before the item has been shipped out, but cannot be held responsible past this point. 

In this event, the parcel will likely be returned to us - we will give you the option to receive a refund or to pay for shipping again and have your package sent to the correct address.

Customs: We are not liable for any taxes applied to your order - all such fees applied during the shipping process are the responsibility of the customer.
